Matthew Bouillon Mascareñas

As a former prosecutor and director of the New Mexico Securities Division, Matt brings a wealth of strategic and substantive knowledge to the firm. His practice encompasses securities industry and general business disputes with a particular emphasis on FINRA arbitrations. Although an experienced trial attorney, Matt also counsels clients on regulatory matters in order to avoid litigation or minimize its impact on business operations.

Matt believes Bitcoin is money and enjoys monitoring developments in the fast-paced cryptocurrency space.

In his spare time, Matt is a translator certified by the American Translators Association from Italian and Spanish into English.
